Last weekend, GARLIC & GREENS was a guest at TEDxUChicago. We were part of a day-long poster session with other creative folks from around the world. TED stands for Technology Entertainment and Design, you may recognize the acronym from their collection of interesting lecture videos that have been circulating the web for the past few years. At TED, we spoke to people about GARLIC & GREENS and prepared a raw kale salad with creamy garlic dressing.
